Clarity

From time to time I am criticized her for being somewhat tough or unkind towards the self-proclaimed 'orthodox' who have been involved in schism.  So I shall simply observe that this is a definitive decision.  The US Court declines to act against the claim of the church that the Denis Canon grants it trust status over the property of diocese and congregations.  


One of two things is now going to happen.  Either the other formerly Episcopalian congregations will begin discussions to hand over the church's property and vacate their suits or they wont won't.  Chapman Memo or Gospel that is the question.
